In many ways our subconscious mind does a wonderful job in keeping us alive and navigating the many things we have to do day in & day out. It generally works tirelessly and pretty effectively. Though sometimes it can begin to seem like it is working against us leaving us anxious, exhausted, fearful and a lingering sense of dread we just can’t seem to shake off. I will share with you why and how anxiety seems to get a hold of us, why a programme seems to be running that doesn’t serve us anymore or has gone a little haywire and how we can work together in a gentle and dynamic way to repair or remove this programming. Leaving you feeling hopeful, calm and motivated and able to enjoy your life once more and even look forward to things that now seem so difficult. Many people say even after 1 session they haven’t felt so relaxed and calm in some cases for years. I always ask ‘what would it mean to your life to be free of this sense of anxiety?’ and make that your goal!
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist & Coach specialising in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy we work together on the here and now and immediate future.
